PORTRAIT STUDY EVENT
On Thursday, May 28th - I’m opening my studio for a portrait study.
I’ve been inspired by the Spring light and craving a more stripped down approach to my long form sessions - enter :
The Portrait Study…
THE SITTING :
- the Rate : $600 - the Date : Thursday, May 28th - the Availability : 6 sittings left -
This is a stripped down, focused, come-as-you-are sitting. For 30 minutes we will explore together, and create.
It is a "one for you, one for me" collaboration. You will choose the image that speaks most to you; I will select the portrait that best captures my creative process, and you will receive both. (We will review the images together as we shoot, though final selections will be made after the sitting)
THE PROCESS :
You will arrive 10 minutes prior to your sitting to settle into the space. Following our sitting, you will receive a curated gallery of proofs to select your final included photograph. Should more than one image resonate with you, additional selections may be acquired at $250 per photograph.
Once your selection is made, I will render both images with the same attention to detail as my long-form sessions, refining the final pieces over the course of 3 creative revisions.
EXHIBITION :
At the close of the year, my selections from this study will be archived and compiled into a featured portrait exhibition on my website. (Participation in the public exhibition is entirely voluntary).
FINE PRINT
Securing the Sitting: Payment is non-refundable and required in full to confirm your time.
The Guarantee: Should you be unable to attend, your payment will be applied as a $600 credit toward a full-length, private session within the 2026 calendar year.
Terms: A creative release and standard agreement will be signed upon booking.
